This 1:1 Captain America shield is die-cast from a single piece of aluminium alloy: 61 cm across, 73 mm thick and 5.3 kg of real metal. It isn't plastic, resin or a printed disc. Genuine leather straps with adjustable metal buckles mean you can strap it to your arm and carry it, while the battleworn, hand-painted finish makes it look like it has seen real action.
Most Captain America shield replicas at this size are moulded plastic, which feels hollow the moment you pick one up. This one is die-cast aluminium alloy with a brushed metal finish, so it has the weight and presence of a real object. The star sits raised and the rings are sculpted in layers, so it holds up from every angle — front, back and side.
The back has genuine leather straps with adjustable metal buckles, built for wearing rather than just hanging. That makes it a strong centrepiece for Captain America cosplay. Keep in mind it weighs 5.3 kg — noticeably heavier than a plastic prop — so plan breaks if you're carrying it all day.
