Step into Tony Stark's world with the MK50 Iron Man Helmet. Featuring motorized faceplates, immersive LED eye lighting, and full voice, remote, and touch controls at your fingertips.
A Wearable Iron Man Helmet That Opens on Command
Most Iron Man masks are static shells. The MK5 is built around moving parts: small high-torque motors open and close the faceplate panels smoothly and consistently, so the helmet reacts the way it does on screen. You can run it three ways.
Voice control with JARVIS-style commands
-
"Jarvis, wake up" / "Start system"
-
"Open the mask" / "Close the mask"
-
"Start combat mode" / "Close combat mode"
-
"Jarvis, shut down system"

LED Eyes and Ear Lights
Dual LED arrays light the eye lenses in two modes — white or red, depending on mode — and small accent lights sit at the ears. It's the detail that makes the helmet look switched on, whether it's on your head or on a shelf.
Built to Wear: Fit and Comfort
Inside there's a stabilized frame and memory-foam padding, so the weight sits evenly instead of pressing on your forehead. It fits head circumferences of 55–62 cm (21.7–24.4 in); check our helmet size guide if you're between sizes.
You can see out through the eyes and walk around normally, but visibility isn't perfect — it's designed for photos, events and display rather than long walks in crowds. For extended wear, take short breaks. If the batteries run out while it's closed, the helmet has backup power and can be opened by hand; it isn't a tight fit.
Gold, Silver or Dark: Choosing Your Finish
-
Gold: the classic gold-and-red look
-
Silver: chrome silver with red
-
Dark: matte black with red LED eyes, for a stealthier display
MK5 vs MK17 vs MK50
The MK5 is the split-plate helmet: its faceplate opens outward in panels. The MK50 lifts one solid faceplate, and the MK17 Heartbreaker drops an open jaw. Our MK5 vs MK50 vs MK17 comparison breaks down the differences.
